The total payment amount displayed on the website includes applicable taxes and packaging fees, but excludes shipping costs and other additional charges.

PAYMENT POLICY
There are three payment methods available. Customers may choose the most convenient option:
Method 1: Direct payment at our office upon purchase
Method 2: Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers can inspect the goods at home and pay cash to the delivery staff.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
1. Delivery Time & Coverage
Slipring.com.vn offers nationwide delivery:

- Inner-city areas: 2–3 working days from order confirmation
- Outlying areas: 5–7 working days
Delays may occur in unavoidable situations such as:

2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the rates of third-party logistics providers.

4. Responsibility for Damaged Goods
